Dian Katz is a multi-faceted, multi-talented, personality. She exudes charisma, electrifying energy and is an extremely passionate person on and off stage. Dian is well acquainted with the performing arts. She has performed in various musical groups since a very young age and won second place in Guitar Center's National Drum Off, filmed for MTV. Her live appearances have included audiences of over 5000, and her credits include radio and TV. She's recognized in the national music magazine, Modern Drummer, and has done a variety of studio recordings. Her latest CD is in the works and due out this summer. Dian's completion of over thirteen years of theatrical training and performing in theater make her an exciting and dazzling entertainer to watch. She'll mesmerize you with her drumming, tantalize you with her sexy vocals and persona, and draw you into her show with her magnetic personality. She loves the thrill of working an audience and wants everyone to be part of the show. In addition to her musical background, Dian has earned a Master's Degree in Counseling with emphasis in Marriage, Family & Child Counseling. She also adds, Author, Motivational Speaker, Columnist, and College Instructor to her credits. This ambitious individual also teaches drums to youths at a college in Southern California. Over the years, her classes have doubled in size due to her exciting and effective way of teaching. To put it simply, she loves teaching and drumming. She has had years of counseling training and experience which helped her develop the skills necessary to work with people one on one and in groups. Her public speaking skills and personality make her a joy to listen to and watch. Dian has been asked to do public presentations at conferences, speak at hosptial meetings and facilitate groups.
